About the class:

Previously called ‘Fit 2 Move,’ this class is structured into two distinct timed circuits: the initial circuit aims to build strength and endurance, while the second ramps up the intensity with grueling cardio conditioning exercises. 

Though designed to be accessible for all fitness levels, be prepared for a demanding class that tests your limits, leaving you breathless and invigorated.

The Stamina + Strength Circuit is offered on:

  • Tuesday

  • Thursday

  • Saturday

  • Sunday

What to expect:

Plan to arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. There is a bathroom, changing stall, and cubbies available. 

We provide all the necessary equipment, including towels and mats, so come as you are and ready to move!

Equipment that may be used during class:

  • Kettlebells (KBs)

  • Dumbbells

  • Stroop Resistance Bands

  • TRX

  • Medicine Balls
