Lindsay chose to spend her life in the world of fitness because she enjoys dedicating her time to helping others. She has a passion for helping people and making a difference in the lives of those around her. Her passion for movement started at a young age, and she has over 20 years of experience as a dancer, instructor, cardio hip-hop teacher, and NCAA cheerleader. She has taught group fitness classes for various fitness clubs, and while she was at SFSU she coordinated their staff fitness and wellness program.

Lindsay has learned the importance of physical activity to the health and well being of everyone. To her, exercise is about the mind just as much as it is about the body, and shebelieves that you can heal through movement.

Having served in the Marine Corps, Omar has trained many law enforcement personnel at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and has been involved in martial arts training and safety awareness classes. His workouts are challenging, intelligently devised and made to fit exactly with each individual for best results.

Amy focuses on personal training, group fitness and rehabilitation at move-sf. Her background in sports medicine and 20 years of fitness experience has led her to create a variety of programs for pregnant women, seniors and the clinically obese, as well as those with debilitating and chronic illnesses.

Amy's integrative style enables her to incorporate different elements of yoga, Feldenkrais, Pilates and weight training into her routines. Her attention to each individual and where they have come from and want to go, really helps people reach their fitness goals in a more positive way.

Ashley Hiben has always loved health and fitness in practice and the theoretical side. This passion led to her studying for a degree in exercise science. She also does postural and corrective work which has clients walking round with confidence.

Originally from New Mexico, Ashley took a left turn at Albuquerque and luckily ended up in the San Francisco bay area where she has become much loved by her students for her in-depth knowledge and outgoing friendly demeanor.

Jack Cleveland has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 1999. He brings the best of various training styles and disciplines to each session. Over his years of practice he has developed a unique approach to fitness that develops strength, endurance, balance and agility. He draws from various disciplines including Mixed Martial Arts conditioning, High Intensity Interval Training, Tabata and Boot Camp style training. He also teaches Jungshin, a system that is based on movement with a wooden practice sword. He is also a seasoned TRX instructor. A former Marine, he brings intensity and know-how to each session.
