Melody is an elite performance trainer and National Physique Committee Bikini Athlete with over nine years of experience in the fitness industry. She specializes in bodybuilding, body composition coaching and weight-loss transformations. Her definition of training is: “making your MIND comfortable with the fact that your BODY is going to be a little uncomfortable. People who don’t like to exercise usually just don’t like to be uncomfortable, but getting out of our comfort zones – mentally or physically – is where positive change happens. I can’t make someone want to get stronger, leaner or fitter, but if they want to do it, I’m with them all the way”. She delivers the highest level of support to ensure that you have the best chance of achieving your goals.
Inna believes that that health and vitality are possible at any age, in every body, during any life stage and that when you truly make it your own, it will last a lifetime. Justin could dribble a basketball before he could walk. Born in San Francisco to a father who served in the military and an athletic mother Justin and his active older brothers were born to move. Justin ran track and played basketball competitively from a very young age, and excelled at both through his high school years. After playing college ball in Marin and Sacramento, he settled in Davis, CA. There, he interned under Hideshi Okamoto, Japanese National Track and Field Coach and UC Davis Track and Field Jumping Coach. He learned how to take care of his body physically, and found that he loved helping others do the same. With nearly a decade of training under his belt, he loves the challenge of motivating people of all abilities and skill sets to reach and exceed their fitness goals. He is still fit and active, and he enjoys taking his 6 year old Australian Shepard to parks and long hikes around the Bay Area.
