This San Francisco native knows how to play hard and work harder. A University of Santa Barbara graduate with a BA in Sociology, and a Minor in Sports Management, was a three-sport athlete in high school and went on to play Division One baseball at UCSB. When Dan is not at tournaments playing with the French National Baseball team, he works full time in SF as a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. The combination of his laid back attitude and complex programming keeps workouts fun and challenging.

Before Ian moved to San Francisco to advance his training career, he was a personal trainer at a YMCA in Rockport Maine. In addition to being a personal trainer, he was also the strength and conditioning coach for the North Atlantic Gymnastics Academy and the Sailfish Swim Team.

While working as a flight attendant for a major US carrier, she began training fellow flight crew and discovered her passion for helping people change their emotional and physical health through fitness. After hanging up her wings, she launched an outdoor fitness Bootcamp in San Francisco and began training in this beautiful city full-time. She loves helping people improve their mobility and find their own path to strength, eliminating the one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness.

Her background in sports medicine and 20 years of fitness experience has led her to create a variety of programs for pregnant women, seniors and the clinically obese, as well as those with debilitating and chronic illnesses.

Amy's integrative style enables her to incorporate different elements of yoga, Feldenkrais, Pilates and weight training into her routines. Her attention to each individual and where they have come from and want to go, really helps people reach their fitness goals in a more positive way.

Ashley Hiben has always loved health and fitness in practice and the theoretical side. This passion led to her studying for a degree in exercise science. Originally from New Mexico, Ashley took a left turn at Albuquerque and luckily ended up in the San Francisco bay area where she has become much loved by her students for her in-depth knowledge and outgoing friendly demeanor.

Brendon was always involved in sports and exercise growing up and developed a passion that ultimately led him to pursue a career where he can help others reach their fitness and athletic goals. Brendon is a certified personal trainer through the NSCA as well as a licensed massage therapist (LMT). A big advocate of continuing education, Brendon has attended multiple courses including the Functional Movement Screen, MovNat, Neuro Kinetic Therapy, Rocktape, Functional Anatomy Palpation, Postural Restoration Institute, and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment. When he’s not at work or attending an educational workshop, Brendon loves to read, write, travel, and enjoy the outdoors.

Jack Cleveland has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 1999. He brings the best of various training styles and disciplines to each session. Over his years of practice he has developed a unique approach to fitness that develops strength, endurance, balance and agility.
