Transform your physique with our weightlifting classes designed to strengthen and sculpt every muscle.

About the class:

Our Sculpt classes focus on fundamental lifts at a controlled pace with heavy weights to build muscle and body definition.

We offer three different variations each week so you can balance your whole body with all three or pick and choose to fit your personal goals. All are suitable for all levels of ability:

Sculpt Series Schedule:

  • Total Body on Monday, Saturday, Sunday

  • Upper Body on Wednesday, Saturday

  • Legs & Glutes on Fridays

What to expect:

Plan to arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. There is a bathroom, changing stall, and cubbies available.

We provide all the necessary equipment, including towels and mats, so come as you are and ready to move!

Equipment that may be used during class:

  • Kettlebells (KBs)

  • Dumbbells

  • Stroop Resistance Bands

  • TRX

  • Medicine Balls
