This San Francisco native knows how to play hard and work harder. A University of Santa Barbara graduate with a BA in Sociology, and a Minor in Sports Management, was a three-sport athlete in high school and went on to play Division One baseball at UCSB. When Dan is not at tournaments playing with the French National Baseball team, he works full time in SF as a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. The combination of his laid back attitude and complex programming keeps workouts fun and challenging.

Kelsey has been active her whole life, from social sports to competing in soccer, dance, running, cycling and swimming. Her passion for health and fitness started at a young age and remained her hobby as she pursued a BA in Business Economics and a Minor in Exercise and Health Science from UC Santa Barbara. After working in Accounting roles for many years, she finally decided to trade in her calculator and return to school for a Master's Degree in Kinesiology. She is an ACSM certified personal trainer, an ACE certified group fitness instructor and a TRX Qualified Trainer. Kelsey strongly believes that goal setting and action planning are crucial to any exercise program and she loves chatting with clients about their health and fitness goals. Her aim is help members improve their quality of life and understands that means something different to each person. She looks forward to seeing you in class!

Kendra's lifelong passion for dance evolved into fitness in the early 2000’s. After two seasons performing with the NBA's Golden State Warrior Girls, she began working as the fitness trainer to the following season’s team of dancers. She became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2001 and worked for various gyms before owning her personal training business in Newport Beach, CA. Kendra has been teaching group fitness classes for the last few years which allows her to combine her attention to detail with a fun, high energy pace.

Alison is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & ACE Group Fitness Instructor who grew up in the world of dance and competitive swimming in New York. While working as a flight attendant for a major US carrier, she began training fellow flight crew and discovered her passion for helping people change their emotional and physical health through fitness. After hanging up her wings, she launched an outdoor fitness Bootcamp in San Francisco and began training in this beautiful city full-time. She loves helping people improve their mobility and find their own path to strength, eliminating the one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness.
