Natalie’s experience in the health and fitness world stems from her participation in athletics, as both an athlete and coach. Having participated in every level between recreational, club, to varsity in various activities including dance, soccer, swimming, triathlons, and water polo, her competitive drive and curiosity in human performance lead her to receive a Nutrition Education Certificate from CCSF (where she also competed on the intercollegiate swim and water polo teams, and was awarded to the All-Conference First Team), a B.A in Spanish from SFSU, as well as a Master’s in Kinesiology from Saint Mary’s College of CA. While attending grad school, she coached water polo at the high school and university club level, was certified as an ACE group fitness instructor, as well as an ASCA certified swim coach. When she is not working at move, Natalie can be found swimming from Alcatraz, working with her athletes both in and out of the pool, or enjoying some coffee in her backyard.
