Kelsey has been active her whole life, from social sports to competing in soccer, dance, running, cycling and swimming. Her passion for health and fitness started at a young age and remained her hobby as she pursued a BA in Business Economics and a Minor in Exercise and Health Science from UC Santa Barbara. Natalie Taylor

Natalie Taylor

Instructor

Natalie’s experience in the health and fitness world stems from her participation in athletics, as both an athlete and coach. Having participated in every level between recreational, club, to varsity in various activities including dance, soccer, swimming, triathlons, and water polo, her competitive drive and curiosity in human performance lead her to receive a Nutrition Education Certificate from CCSF (where she also competed on the intercollegiate swim and water polo teams, and was awarded to the All-Conference First Team), a B.A in Spanish from SFSU, as well as a Master’s in Kinesiology from Saint Mary’s College of CA. While attending grad school, she coached water polo at the high school and university club level, was certified as an ACE group fitness instructor, as well as an ASCA certified swim coach. When she is not working at move, Natalie can be found swimming from Alcatraz, working with her athletes both in and out of the pool, or enjoying some coffee in her backyard. Check her out @natalieataylor on all social media.

Natalie teaches the dawn patrol classes; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 6am- come start your day with her!

Justin Williams

Justin Williams

Justin could dribble a basketball before he could walk. Born in San Francisco to a father who served in the military and an athletic mother Justin and his active older brothers were born to move. Justin ran track and played basketball competitively from a very young age, and excelled at both through his high school years. After playing college ball in Marin and Sacramento, he settled in Davis, CA. There, he interned under Hideshi Okamoto, Japanese National Track and Field Coach and UC Davis Track and Field Jumping Coach. He learned how to take care of his body physically, and found that he loved helping others do the same. With nearly a decade of training under his belt, he loves the challenge of motivating people of all abilities and skill sets to reach and exceed their fitness goals. He is still fit and active, and he enjoys taking his 6 year old Australian Shepard to parks and long hikes around the Bay Area.
