This San Francisco native knows how to play hard and work harder. A University of Santa Barbara graduate with a BA in Sociology, and a Minor in Sports Management, was a three-sport athlete in high school and went on to play Division One baseball at UCSB. When Dan is not at tournaments playing with the French National Baseball team, he works full time in SF as a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. The combination of his laid back attitude and complex programming keeps workouts fun and challenging.

Kelsey has been active her whole life, from social sports to competing in soccer, dance, running, cycling and swimming. Her passion for health and fitness started at a young age and remained her hobby as she pursued a BA in Business Economics and a Minor in Exercise and Health Science from UC Santa Barbara. After working in Accounting roles for many years, she finally decided to trade in her calculator and return to school for a Master's Degree in Kinesiology. She is an ACSM certified personal trainer, an ACE certified group fitness instructor and a TRX Qualified Trainer. Kelsey strongly believes that goal setting and action planning are crucial to any exercise program and she loves chatting with clients about their health and fitness goals. Her aim is help members improve their quality of life and understands that means something different to each person. She looks forward to seeing you in class!


Harry Yuan

Harry has over 10 years of experience in fitness, working as a personal trainer, nutrition & lifestyle coach, and group exercise instructor. He has extensive education in the field and has put in the work himself. In 2010, he completed the 5 day gauntlet of physical exams to become a CST Instructor and TACFIT instructor; at the time one of the most difficult physical certifications in the business. A true lover of movement, Harry is also an elite climber and enjoys acrobatics and hand balancing. Harry brings this experience and joie de vivre to all of his classes, crafting an experience that is both tough and fun. When not working at move, Harry is also a skilled cook, as well as an accomplished actor, director, and producer. Check him out @harryhyuan on all social media.

Natalie Taylor

Natalie’s experience in the health and fitness world stems from her participation in athletics, as both an athlete and coach. Having participated in every level between recreational, club, to varsity in various activities including dance, soccer, swimming, triathlons, and water polo, her competitive drive and curiosity in human performance lead her to receive a Nutrition Education Certificate from CCSF (where she also competed on the intercollegiate swim and water polo teams, and was awarded to the All-Conference First Team), a B.A in Spanish from SFSU, as well as a Master’s in Kinesiology from Saint Mary’s College of CA. While attending grad school, she coached water polo at the high school and university club level, was certified as an ACE group fitness instructor, as well as an ASCA certified swim coach. When she is not working at move, Natalie can be found swimming from Alcatraz, working with her athletes both in and out of the pool, or enjoying some coffee in her backyard. Natalie teaches the dawn patrol classes; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 6am- come start your day with her!

Lindsay chose to spend her life in the world of fitness because she enjoys dedicating her time to helping others. She has a passion for helping people and making a difference in the lives of those around her. Her passion for movement started at a young age, and she has over 20 years of experience as a dancer, instructor, cardio hip-hop teacher, and NCAA cheerleader. She has taught group fitness classes for various fitness clubs, and while she was at SFSU she coordinated their staff fitness and wellness program.

Lindsay has learned the importance of physical activity to the health and well being of everyone. To her, exercise is about the mind just as much as it is about the body, and shebelieves that you can heal through movement.

Shawn was a long-time member of the move-sf community before joining the team as an instructor. Having spent nearly 10 years in the online marketing and advertising industry, Shawn always knew that his true calling in life lied in fitness. He made the jump into the fitness industry by first teaching group fitness classes and then becoming a NASM certified personal trainer. Shawn loves to lift heavy, dance, work hard, and help humans live their best lives through movement.
