Unique to move-sf, all of our group classes are created to help you to move better, feel better, and get fit! Our classes are designed to progress you to higher levels of strength, fitness, and movement. Whether you are out of shape and just getting started or an unstoppable fitness machine, we have a class or a movement at just the right level for you. With small classes (a max of 12 in the “flow room” and a max of 9 in “the pit”), our professional and knowledgeable instructors coach the classes with highly trained eyes. It is like enjoying individual training in a group atmosphere!
